September 2025: RESTRUCTURING - Reemerged as 'Zapata Quantum, Inc.' Completed $3M bridge financing and converted $10M+ debt to equity. Secured 50+ patents and IP portfolio. Pursuing uplisting to national exchange.
Now refocusing on quantum (vs. AI pivot before shutdown). Targeting cryptography, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and defense. 50+ patents include work with Harvard Quantum Computing Lab and DARPA.
