November 28, 2025: Signed MOU with Tech Mahindra to accelerate quantum solutions for global enterprises. Focus sectors: finance, pharmaceuticals, supply chain, logistics, insurance, and energy. Tech Mahindra will design industry-specific solutions using Strangeworks platform. Strangeworks training Tech Mahindra engineers on quantum platforms.
August 2025: Acquired Quantagonia to expand AI and optimization capabilities, integrating HybridSolver orchestration technology. Strengthened European operations with Munich and Frankfurt presence. Investors include IBM, Hitachi Ventures, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
