Resilient Entanglement is the first global women-owned R&D firm in the Quantum Smart Grid field, founded in 2020 by Dr. Rozhin Eskandarpour and headquartered in Denver, Colorado. The company was founded to meet the growing need for a faster, data-driven energy grid that can withstand increasingly common extreme weather events caused by climate change. Their flagship product is the Quantum Energy Management System (QEMS), built using cutting-edge quantum computing algorithms that provides power operators and customers with a GPS-like system for finding the most efficient and safest energy management allocation. The QEMS software platform integrates quantum computing and AI to optimize power grid management and decision-making, providing the grid with security, sustainability, and resiliency. Dr. Eskandarpour is a senior IEEE member and Adjunct Professor at University of Boulder with expertise in quantum computing and AI applications for smart grids. The company has raised $250K from University of Colorado Boulder, Advanced Industries Accelerator, and Colorado Office of Economic Development.
