Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) is a Research Centre of Excellence at National University of Singapore founded in 2007. CQT brings together quantum physicists and computer scientists to explore quantum information science from fundamental research to practical applications. The center conducts research in quantum communication, quantum computation, quantum cryptography, and quantum technologies. CQT collaborates with industry partners including telecommunications companies and government agencies advancing quantum technology development in Singapore and Asia-Pacific region. The center has produced numerous quantum technology spinouts and maintains partnerships with leading global quantum institutions. CQT serves quantum research community through fundamental quantum research, quantum education programs, technology transfer and industry collaboration advancing quantum information science and positioning Singapore as quantum technology hub in Asia.
